Processing Times

Booking Policy -Payment

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. A $25.00 deposit of your chosen service is required to secure your appointment, and this will be applied to your final balance.
  • Final Payment: Once you have selected your service and paid the deposit, the remaining balance is due upon completion of your service.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Service Selection: Please ensure you book the correct service. Deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your appointment once without needing to pay a new deposit. However, repeated rescheduling is not permitted.

Appointment Confirmation

  • Appointment Confirmation: A confirmation text and email will be sent the day before your service. If you do not confirm your appointment, it will be assumed that you are not attending, and your slot may be given to someone else.
  • Availability: If a time or date does not appear as an option, it is not available.

Collaboration Policy

Beginning in 2026, all makeup and photoshoot collaborations with SeKaiya Ave Cosmetics require a non-refundable participation fee of $30.00 at the time of booking.
